If your organization is having multiple users in accounts department using Tally Prime then you must implement security features in Tally Prime to ensure data security and monitoring.
Follow the 5 easy steps to implement security control in Tally Prime;
Step 1: Open the company and click on Company button available on top button bar
Step 2: Go to the option Security
Step 3: Set option Control User Access to Company Data = Yes
Step 4: Provide Administrator Username and Password and save the form. This will have full control over the data and can add/modify users
Step 5: Click on the button Company and go to the option User Roles and create the roles to allow and disallow the facilities and features
Step 5: Once you have create the roles, you can now go to the option Users and Passwords and start assigning roles and creating the users
It’s done! Depending upon the rights given under the roles, users will see the options in his/her login
